Nextone Plus

Odor-less next generation pattern coat NEXTON is made of acryl hydrogenous particle mixed in the aqueous solution. Since it is odor-less, it can be used in closed areas, and is a new environmental friendly paint.

U S E S
1. For architecture interior?s finishing in public buildings such as apartments, officetels, shops,
....schools, hospitals, shopping centers? staircase, wall, concrete mortar, cement, plaster board,
....and mold light.
2. Exterior finishing is possible, and in case of exterior coating, top coating(2 liquid hydrogenous
....urethane, 2 liquid oleaginous urethane) must be used.

C H A R A C T E R
1. Unlike existing oleaginous color particles, they are hydrogenous, and because they are
....odorless, working environment is kept fresh.
2. Unlike existing pattern coat, color display full of natural beauty is possible.

M E T H O D
1. Surface: eliminate surface?s dust, oil and other contamination factors, apply putty to cracks
....and connecting joints, and then grind.
2. Bottom coat : Paint hydrogenous paint(KSM 5310).
3. Middle coat
....① Stir slowly before use with wooden club, so that particles aren?t destroyed.
....② Using paint gun(JA-507S) or pressurized equipment, paint about 30～80㎝ apart
.........perpendicular to the surface.
4. Standard painting condition: Air Pressure : 20 ～ 30 PSI use the original solution as it is.
5. Top coat: After painting NEXTON, if necessary, paint hydrogenous PLATON shine, and non
....shine.

C A U T I O N
1. Before use, slowly stir so that paints? pattern is not destroyed.
2. Paint in the original state.
3. In case of spray gun, use paint gun(JA-507S) or pressurized type equipment, and since
....pattern,or pattern size could defer depending on amount of air, air pressure, nozzle size, test
....paint first.
4. Exclusively, multi color pattern paint spray gun must be used, and use 20~30 PSI at 30~80 cm
....apart from the painting surface.
5. Don?t paint when temperature is below 5°C or humidity is over 80% since adhesion and
....dryness could be undermined.
6. Because of hydrogenous nature, store at 5°C or above temperature as to avoid freezing.
7. Test paint patterns first before applying it.
