Surface Treatment

• On Gypsum Board, Cement : After Cleaning surface clearly, Level with putty and after dry, sand rough part with sandpaper smoothly.
  
• On Wood : After proceeded applying of primer for wood and dry, carry on same treatment as cement.
  
• On old film : Take away loosen material such as dust or impurity and carry on same treatment as cement.
  
• On Metal : Take away all kind of rust, oil and impurity, etcetera. After anti-rust primer and dry, carry on same treatment as cement
  

Application Method

• Clean surface according to surface treatment instruction.
  
• Base ; After Leveling with putty, applicator is able to make desired pattern with trowel on wet film. Pattern is made to display troweling mark on prupose. For the purpose of minimizing joint marks, leave the joints part and finish joint part in the end.
  
• Top ; After drying pattern and sanding, proceed final coating according to desired style as below:
  Caution : For the trowel and roller application, coating be carried out each of about 1m² by turn.
  
  1. Trowel Type - Trowel Application :
     After applying LUMIAN on dried base with scraper such as trowel and plastic or rubber hera, pull down and scratch Lumian with scraper. Only hole of base surface is applied with Lumian and hump of base surface is not coated.
     
  2. Pad or sponge Type - Roller application:
     After applying LUMIAN on dried surface with roller regularly, on wet layer Press with pad or cloth, sponge. Pad and cloth substrate feel is displayed on Lumian layer.
     
  3. Pad Type - Spray application :
     Spray LUMIAN with normal pressure and Use a 6mm air nozzle or a 2.5~3mm nozzle. On wet layer, Press with pad or cloth. Pad and cloth substrate feel is displayed on wet Lumian layer.
• Dilute ;
  1. Trowel, Hera, Pad : as a rule, dilution is not need.
  2. Spray : After diluting as 20% by and large with clean water.
