Surface Treatment

• On Gypsum Board, Cement : After Cleaning surface clearly, Level with putty and after dry, sand rough part with sandpaper smoothly.
  
• On Wood : After proceeded applying of primer for wood and dry, carry on same treatment as cement.
  
• On old film : Take away loosen material such as dust or impurity and carry on same treatment as cement.
  
• On Metal : Take away all kind of rust, oil and impurity, etcetera. After anti-rust primer and dry, carry on same treatment as cement.

Application Method

• Clean surface according to surface treatment instruction.
  
• Base ; Clean other material such as dust and impurity on surface to applicate
• Caution : For the trowel or roller, spay application, coating be carried out each of about 1㎡ by turn. For the purpose of minimizing joint marks, leave the joints part and finish joint part in the end.
  1. After applicating putty to be leveled and drying surface, sand surface smoothly by sandpaper..
     
  2. At first, applicate white ANTICO STUCCO by trowel or hera and after drying for about 5hours, sand by sander attached smooth sandpaper.
     
• Top :
  
  1. After application and scratch ANTICO STUCCO of desired color by rubber hera.
     
  2. All pattern have to be similar to each part and same method may be added to twice or three times leaving part.
     
  3. Applicate to be overlapped by same method in order to minimize leaving part to add application 2~3times.
     
  4. Before drying completely, sand surface smoothly by sandpaper in order to be come up sense.
     
  5. At the long run, applicate common waterborne clear paint for the purpose of gloss and anti-corruption.
     
• Dilute ;
  As a rule, dilution is not need and is able to dilute as 5% by and large with clean water in case of need.
